How to Figure Out What to Do

I was recently perplexed in dealing with how to get better at dealing (itself) with my panic disorder and Jack. So I looked up the Four Things You Can Do If You Don’t Like Something. It’s pretty simple.

  1. Do what you can to change the situation.
  2. Radically accept the situation.
  3. Try to see the situation differently.
  4. Stay miserable.
